I earned my personal training certification from NESTA in 2014 and quickly launched my fitness journey, teaching small groups on Saturdays at a local park with limited equipment. As my classes flourished, I expanded my offerings to include larger bootcamp classes outdoors and in a church. Following the pandemic, I seized the opportunity to invest in my business and bring my vision to life. In 2021, I proudly opened the doors to We Gym Fitness. As a trainer, I'm passionate about empowering new members to achieve their goals and embark on a transformative fitness journey. Beyond fitness, I cherish time with my loving wife and three wonderful children.

Hello! I am a Momma of two kiddos, a dog, work full time as an account executive and the owner of Anique Design Flowers. Without having enough on my plate (ha ha) I realized I was putting myself last and it was taking a toll on my health. And that’s where I fell in love with strength training and everything changed in the best way! 

I began attending lifting and HIIT classes and realized that I too can lead a class! I wanted share my passion for lifting and helping others build healthier habits by teaching strength training classes. I am a certified National Academy for Sports Medicine certified Fitness instructor and fitness enthusiast. 

While still juggling a full life, I now see how much fuller life can be with fitness and strength training. I want that to be possible

For everyone and them to know it is possible through fitness classes!

FAQs

 

What does a fitness class look like?

The classes are 45-50 min long. Each class will start with a general warm-up so that we may increase the intensity. We will divide you into 2 to 3 equal groups. The trainer will demonstrate the workouts and provide modifications if needed.

Can I book a class in person or online?

Both! Book your first class by signing up online. Select the class that is most convenient for you. Once you have a We Gym Fitness membership, download the Zen Planner member app on your mobile device. With the app you will be able to easily view schedules, and book classes.

What equipment do you use at We Gym Fitness?

We provide a variety of equipment including bikes, rowers and vertical climbers) floor equipment includes dumbbells, benches, sit-up/pull-up station, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and sleds, and sandbags.

What should I bring to class?

A bottle of water, a sweat towel, and an extra pair of shoes if the weather is bad.


Does We Gym Fitness provide workouts for all fitness levels?

The answer is YES!  We Gym Fitness provides exercises for all levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. Any questions you may have regarding your fitness goals can be discussed with a coach.  We Gym Fitness recommends trying a free workout class first.

What's the difference between Personal Training and Private Fitness Sessions?

Personal training will have workouts designed by a coach geared to your fitness goals and private fitness sessions are exclusive to you where you will engage in the selected workout of the day.


Can I Freeze My membership?

You can freeze your membership for a minimum of 30 days or a maximum of 60 days up to two (2) times per year. During the freeze period, you will not be charged a monthly suspended fee on the regular autopay date. Once the freeze period ends, your membership will revert to regular monthly billing.
