We Burn 4 Bootcamp
This Bootcamp workout will stress body weight exercises (calisthenics) First half of the workout, you can expect to do calisthenics — such as pullups, pushups, squats, lunges and crunches — as well as partner drills and sprints. The second half the workout will include specific resistance or strength training workouts. (Monday)
We HIIT Makers
We make HIITs with awesome workouts! HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training, and is an exercise strategy that alternates short periods of intense exercise movements, followed by less intense, but still active “recovery” periods.

We Circuit 2 Victory
This circuit training class is an interval-style, fast paced, shorter routine that does exactly as its name implies – Circuit 2 Victory. The We Circuits 2 Victory can average 10-12 different exercises or stations, and you normally repeat the circuit 3-5 times, depending on the time one full circuit takes.

We Powerhouse Workout
Group Power combines traditional strength exercises and the hottest functional training moves, utilizing a barbell, weight plates, and your body weight to make you fitter and stronger. High-rep training and athletic movements are key components of this results-driven workout.

We pump & Flex
Strength training or resistance training that involves the performance of physical exercises that are designed to improve strength and endurance. It is often associated with the lifting of weights, using resistance bands and weightlifting machines. (Friday)
We Tone Assets & Sculpt Abs
Abs & Glutes specifically focuses on the lower body, including quads, hamstrings, glutes, and the core. This targeted approach aims to sculpt and tone these muscle groups, promoting a more defined and aesthetically pleasing physique.
Saturday Morning classes
We Level up
A workout class for people who are starting their fitness journey as well as for people who are looking for more of a workout challenge on their fitness journey. This circuit training class consists of 12-15 exercises selected from the past week. Each station is 1:00 minute with 10-15 second rest break in between.
We Go Beast Mode
Current Class
This workout class is a combination of Cardio Circuits and Traditional Weightlifting. The circuit training consist of 4 rounds, 6 stations for a duration of 1:00 minute. For the weightlifting portion there will be whiteboards spreading around the gym with 6-8 exercises listed on them.
We Yoga 2

We Yoga 2 will provide yoga classes that are intense and vigorous as well as relaxing and meditative. No matter which class you choose, our We Yoga classes will be a great way to stretch and strengthen your body, focus your mind, and relax your spirit.
